ISL Engineering and Land Services (ISL) is proud to be among Canada's 30 most environmentally-conscious employers. ISL has been named to the 2010 Green 30 list, published by Maclean's magazine and Canadian Business magazine as part of their 'Green Guide' in recognition of Earth Day.
The Green 30 list is compiled by Aon Hewitt Associates and is based on input from employees at hundreds of companies that have taken part in the 2010 Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada studies. This list identifies 30 organizations that are making efforts to mitigate environmental damage by reducing pollution and waste, and by fostering sustainable healthy growth.
"We are proud to be included on the Green 30 list," says Rodney Peacock, President and CEO of ISL. "For the last two years, our sustainability team has been working tirelessly to incorporate sustainability into our culture and operations. We are just in the process of defining sustainable best practices in our project work and look forward to sharing the journey of sustainability with our clients."
